		<description>While it could hardly be called &#039;shovel-ready,&#039; I think a fine project for recession-recovery largesse would be restructuring Fayetteville&#039;s road system into something more grid-like. After all these years, it&#039;s still a pain in the ass to get across town — by car, by foot, by bike. 

Such a project would also call for renaming streets for consistency. To wit: pick one of Skibo Road, Pamalee Drive, Country Club Drive or Tokay Drive. This is not a road that requires four names. And &quot;Rowan&quot; does not need to refer to multiple streets in the same downtown area.</description>
